Read your info on Dr Norman Blanco’s identity being used by scammers. I can confirm that his photos are being used on Instagram with the above noted nickname. I have also had Google chats with this scammer under the nickname DrGodwin and then as DrGodwinLouis. It took just over two weeks before I was asked for money to “help with his Gadgets plan”. Saying he’s spending “a lot of extra money because of his texting me” 🙄 That ask was made last night October 12/22. I have not been in contact with him since. Dr Blanco’s photos are also being used for several other IG accounts. It became clear that the people behind the account didn’t know much English and though posing as a surgeon, wasn’t familiar with basic medical terms. Also, I responded to one of his texts in Spanish because I noticed a reference to Barcelona in the background of one of the posted pictures. It kinda freaked him out.

Remember, photos are used by scammers to trick other people. Always check the photos on the Internet, always try to call by video like skype or WhatsApp to see this person’s face live.
