Any woman who refuses to be seen and heard on webcam, you can be sure the person is a MALE NIGERIAN SCAMMER who wants your money. Any excuse that may seem reasonable that the webcam doesn’t work, yet might ask for any card (iTunes, Google Play, etc) to “update” their phone will find other reasons to get you to pay for other things.
