Nappi began her professional career in 2011 after contacting a director by email, which marked her first appearance in media projects.
In June 2012, she appeared as a model for the Italian edition of Playboy. The following year, in November 2013, she was featured in Penthouse magazine.
Between 2014 and 2015, Nappi wrote several essays and opinion pieces for the Italian cultural and political magazine MicroMega, where she discussed topics such as society, philosophy, and modern communication.
In 2018, a documentary film titled Io sono Valentina Nappi (“I Am Valentina Nappi”) was released, offering an in-depth look at her public persona and views on contemporary culture.
She married Giovanni Lagnese in September 2020, after being in a long-term relationship since around 2009.
